After a particularly bad viz day (2-5 feet, we were in a FW river), he said he was glad my tank and BC were yellow because it made me easy to find in the murk. He however was wearing his black cavers rig, complete with doubles (good practise he says) and the only reason I could see him was his lime green fins. So I am a fan of brightly colored gear.
