How about a simple disclaimer at the top that gives contact 
information and says that if you are a family member and object to 
the person being mentioned, you will simply replace the last name 
with an initial.  I don't think there will be too many first name, 
last initial incidents that will be duplicates, at least not on the 
same date.

I would applaud such a project, btw.
