  Sorry about the cross posting, but some cross posted my first question


In Diver (UK) this month there is an article about new EEC regs on the
transport and marking of tanks ie. all tanks must have the Black and
White quarters on the top, this means that some time in the future we
will all have to paint our tanks.

But after my recent posting on how to paint my tank and all the good
advice I decided that the best think was to do was to do nothing as some
dive shop will not fill your tank if you paint it yourself.

Does any one have

1. Definitive answer on how to the paint a tank at home ?

2. Know what we are all going to have to do if the Regs go though
