this is not true.
My comrade uses the cyklon. And every two weeks I see the guys selling
them to the German Navy , and sometimes I have a look over the shoulders
of the guys who do the maintenance, for the Navy. 
Move up to Kiel or Eckernförde ,have a look for yourself.

With draeger , its only no bubbles, and fullface masks, and sometimes,
still, the old PA 38.
The ff equipment is not up to stanag.
The titanium cyklon is, that is why it replaced the older cyklon( navy
version, some bronce alloy) which still had a lower magnetic signature
than standard.
