I don't know what 5th Dimension carries. Probably the OS system if they use
off the shelf gloves.

The Helos gloves are lined with insulation so no need to wear glove liners.
They are quite warm and work for me in 35 degree water.

The glove has a wrist seal that is just like a latex drysuit sleeve seal
that you trim to fit. You fold it inside the glove when you put them on so
that the seal lies on your wrist in the same direction as your drysuit seal
and it fits right on top of your drysuit seal. You need to use little hoses
or a strip of felt to allow the glove to equalize or else you'll be limited
to diving shallower than about 60' If you have thumb loops on your drysuit
underwear you can also let these poke out to allow equalization.

Here's a description from Diver Mag.

They are a pain to get on and off but so is every other type of dry glove
I've ever tried. For a seriously long dive in cold water I'd wear these and
keep a spare pair of neoprene gloves in my pocket.

As for repair, you can replace the wrist seal just like replacing a drysuit
wrist seal. The rubber is very tough. I'm sure there are cements that
could be used to patch it. I haven't torn one yet.

I assume that the insulation would still provide some warmth even if flooded
but I've not yet tested this assumption.
