For what it is worth, I have consigned the last of my Poseidon's to the junk gear box. Both Cyklons and Jetstreams never gave me anything but trouble and expensive service bills. The final straw came on a recent cave expedition where I was using a showerhead on my 50% deco bottle. The reg started to breathe *very* wet and I couldnt open it up and check the diaphragm (you need a screw driver to do this) or unscrew the 2nd stage and swap it with one of my other regs (custom hose fittings). I spent the middle section of the deco coughing and trying to angle my head to keep the water out my mouth. Needless everything is now Apeks & Scubapro. I would be surprised if 5% of the guys who actually do proper dives use Poseidons. Cheers, Simon South Africa ----- Original Message ----- From: Jim Cobb <cobber@ci*.co*> To: Aldo P.
