So I ordered The P&M of Diving, 4th ed. from DAN, and it showed up yesterday. I can't find any index references, chapters etc. that mention O2 membrane diffusion or gills. Could you be thinking of another book, or should I send it back and insist on the 3rd edition? Thanks, Scott.
