  A Few more Question for you.
  When is protection to much?  
  Why are 4 and 5 year old wrecks on protected list? 
  I don't think wreck divers have the right to take artifacts off wreck. But
by the same token I don't see how anyone has the right to tell sport divers
thay can't dive a wreck that is not in any danger. And some of the propose
law in the U.S. are do this. 
  In my opinion this type of protection is going to pust wreck divers
underground.
