Last time I saw Tony's rig he was diving off of Key West. The tanks were all OMS (or similar) steels, and he made mention of the double wings and their high capacity since even when empty his 7 tanks were around 15 or 20 lbs negative.... Incidentally, after 2 days of diving he was pooped out and didn't continue.... said we did more diving on charter in 2 days than he was used to doing in 2 months (mainly due to inclement NE weather...) Nice guy, but damn stubborn when confronted with the voice of reason... Case E.
