You might want to check out the scientific diving program at Palmer Station 
in Antarctica at :
http://scilib.ucsd.edu/sio/nsf/index.html

They do non deco dives under the ice with max depths of 130'.  They also 
supply all regulators. They use Sherwood Maxims with a modification in the 
2nd stage for the 28F water. That's their rules, you don't like them, you 
don't dive there.
