Grogan,

CaptnDale didn't fire a flare at me, you moron (now I know you're DIR,
you jump to conclusions; and how the hell did you get through med school?),
he fired a flare at another boat (I heard it was Jim Haberski's boat,
The Depth Wish).  The Coast Guard got involved and one or both captains
received citations.  Apparently the dispute was over who had rights to
tie up to the mooring(s) on the wreck.  And as an aside, if a charter boat
pulls up after I have already tied up to the only mooring buoy, I release
and let the charter boat tie up, since they are the ones who buoy most of
the wrecks and therefore have dibbs IMHO.
