Apologies in advance to anyone who construes this item as 'commercial'.

A conference on technical diving is being held in the Solomon Islands
on the 5th to the 13th of August, convened by IANTD Australasia.  I'm sure
there'll be some official posting to this list at some stage (over to you
Rob Cason?), but in the meantime, if you're interested some details are
available over the net.
