Uhhhhhh, NO, not actually.

The Solomon Islands (The Solomons) are nowhere near Truk (part of Micronesia).

Different countries (if such they can be called), different island chains.

Moreover I'd personally comment that malaria in the Solomons is
considerably more dangerous than the troubles there.

To my knowledge there is not (yet) malaria in Micronesia.
