Sonya,

Truk is _primitive_. Apart from, perhaps, the US Armed Forces on Guam, I
doubt (I could be wrong) that you'll find helium anywhere in Micronesia,
leave alone Truk.

It would undoubtedly be extremely expensive, look at the distances
involved in transporting it.
