I've been on and off zyban for about a year (I'll kick this habit sooner or later) and have had no ill effects, obviously not a seizure. I checked with DAN about 6 months ago and they had no data on any effects with diving. I think that they are still looking for guinea pigs so maybe you can get in on the ground floor.
