 Gregg Bemis is 72 years old and is the owner of record of the wreck of the 
RMS Lusitania. He restricts diving on the wreck as does the Irish Government. 
In order to dive the wreck you need both of their permission. This is much 
the same as for the HMHS Britannic off of Greace.

For an update on dives on the Lusitania, go to www.divernet.com and look on 
the right side of the page for a link that says Liner. It goes to a short 
piece on dives done last year and planed for this year. I have also forwarded 
the request for information on Mr. Bemis to the ProSea group of professional
