I would avoid it. Zyban, also sold as Welbutrin, is known to cause seizures in people with no history of epilepsy. The risks are low at the usual prescription doses, but rise exponentially when you go slightly above the usual prescription dose. The implications of this tendency to cause seizures in a hyperbaric oxygen situation (i.e.. ppO2>1.0) are unknown. However, the fact that you have two factors than can trigger seizures acting together underwater sounds like a bad combination. I'll check it out and correct myself if I find out something different.
