Does anyone know anything about an american named "Gregg Bemis"??
What types of dives/buissness has he been ivolved in before?

I am asking since he is planning to conduct a diving operation on the
passenger ship "Estonia" that sank in 1994 taking something like 800 people
with it. It lies 70 to 80 meters deep in the baltic see and is considered a
grave and diving is forbidden on Estonia. However since USA hasn't signed
the papper proclaiming Estonia a grave site and since she lies i
international waters little can be done to legal stop Gregg Bemis from doing
his dives. 

The swedish goverment is objecting, but a majority of the relatives to the
victims have contacted Gregg, saying they support him in his atempt to find
the reason Estonia sank. 

If anyone knows anything about this Gregg Bemis, I'm wondering why he wants
to do the dives and where he gets the money to do it. I figure that someone
who is willing to spend large amounts of money for this type of diving,
either hope to get it back or is somehow personally involved in the
catastrophy. I'd like to know what makes this Gregg tick.
