	I just saw this item in"Diver"  magazine (UK).  All BSAC members will 
also have seen it...or will soon.

          IANTD conference,



The annual conference of the 
International Association of Nitrox and 
Technical Divers (UK) takes place at 
Swindon's Hilton Hotel over 13/14 May. 
All are welcome to attend the 
presentations, workshops and stands.

Speakers include Tom Mount and Billy 
Deans from IANTD (USA),Polly Tapson 
from the Lusitania Expedition; 
Kevin Gurr. Richard Bull and 
Chris Hellas from IANTD (UK); and 
Lamar Hires from Dive Rite Inc.


Workshops feature booster pumps; air 
separation IANTD facilities and 
instructor updates; and general question 
and answer sessions.

For IANTD (UK) members. entry 
costs 12 for the weekend, 7 single day 
and 5 per workshop. Non-members pay 
14 for a weekend ticket, 8 for one day, 
and 6 per workshop.

	There were also some interesting articles about the Prism rebreather (4 
pages + 3 large pictures), the Dive Rite "Transpac" wings, DUI weight systems 
and so on.  Make a change to have intersting reading in "Diver"...!

	Does anyone outside the UK on the techdiver list want these scanned into 
a www site ?  (I'm not sure of the copyright issue...?)
