Interesting. I was wondering about this, since most O2 elements have a 6 second response time...breathing pure O2 for 6 seconds at depth could easily make you tox. Also, how are these elements calibrated? Do they calibrate before every dive? I'm very interested in rebreathers, but won't even think about using one before I know more.
