PS If you haven't figured it out yet, they don't take Ibuprofen every day,
they only take it on the days they do the BIG DIVES. There is a slight
difference that even you might be able to figure out.

Are you sure that wasn't a 1300' gauze bandage, Scott?  It would
take about that much to stop your bleeding, since you guys eat
ibuprofen like candy.

And JT, in lay-man's terms (your terms), the shoulder IS a joint.
The shoulder and leg pains you experienced in conjunction with
"skin bends" were very likely all manifestations of Type 1 DCS,
not from lifting your gear.
