It depends a bit on what you are doing but the 104 has always had better buoyancy characteristics and more air without getting inordinately larger in the 121's. 104's are also balanced better as the longer tank does not focus so much weight near the head which tends to reduce head down posture. The volume in 95's is also lean for deep diving. All in all the 95's are not a bad general purpose tank but the 104 is more comfortable, with better volume, and better weighting.
