After reading all the comment about the Sport I'd like to share an other problem I had with My sport. It started when switched to doubles I also switched to Dive Rite Wings. It is back-mount style BC w/harness in front. It is also the most widely used by Wreck and Cave divers. The problem I had with this configuration was the straps that ran over the shoulder from the harness. It caused increased stress on the material on the chest section of the suit. This cause the laminant to separate from the suite. The rubber was no longer secured to the rest of the suite. This type of problem can't be fixed. Although it never leaked after it happened it was just a matter of time. I don't believe this would happen with other styles of BCs that were setup for doubles. One other comment I'd like to make and I say this speaking as very active Instructor myself. I've seen a few comment on this list like "My Instructor said this" and "My Instructor uses that". My first point is this. Most of us work for or with a store and usually get a hefty discount on our equipment, I do anyway. Its in there benefit to buy and use what the store sells. My second point is this. I guess I've know about 75-100 instructors over the years. Usually they stop there education after Open Water Instructor. Most of them know nothing about technical diving. The people I know who interested in technical diving either read and learn or continue there education with advance level training some of them are even instructors. What I'm saying is don't always take an instructors word as gospel. I know people who are involved in technical diving who's opinion have a much higher regard. You would be surprised how easy and little experience you need to become a scuba instructor. The last paragraph of this message is strictly my opinon. Rich Chapski
