In hospitals they use a little strip of velcro tape wrapped around the
catheter as snug as you can stand it.  A REAL MAN could also use a
medical skin adhesive called tincture of benzoine.  I can guarentee it
will not fall off, at least for a week or so.  If you try this, for 50
sterling, I'll tell you how to get it off.:)
