Paul,

The Halcyon ACB system works well, and is designed for wetsuit diving where 
you need ditchable weights.  You can buy a single tank adapter that has 
some lead poured into it as well.  I bought mine from Hood Sport n'Dive in 
Washington.  Halcyon might be making a weighted one as well, but I am not sure.
