There are a number of possibilities to try that will help you with your problem: 1) The neck seal on your drysuit is too tight and is causing a strangle. If your face gets red while wearing the suit, it's a dead giveaway. This type of headache is similar to altitude sickness. Nausea is also a good sign that the seal is too tight. Try stretching the seal a little bit, or trim a ring off. 2) You're not hydrated. Many people don't hydrate well enough before a drysuit dive because they dislike the discomfort. Get a relief valve installed and ALWAYS hydrate before and after every dive. 3) I used to have a similar problem. Most of my headaches were caused by high exhertion (current, work, etc.). I could feel them coming on during the dive. To prevent this I take 2-3 Ibuprofen before dives and I no longer have this problem.
