Errr...you ask about a real life scenario and then put constraints on
that make it essentially non real-life, or more accurately *should* not
be real-life.

I would say you shouldn't be diving those conditions with that
configuration.  If drift deco is not possible and the only way to stay
at 6m is to exert, then you should have a deco plan that doesn't require
O2, be it decoing on backgas or decoing on 50%. Personally, I'd say you
should've carried 50% instead of O2 so that you could clear out most of
your deco deeper where it's much easier in this situation.

But given this *un*realistic situation, with all the constraints you put
on it, I'd choose the O2 at 7.5m.  Exertion is such a strong trigger for
tox that I'd rather push the PO2 and stay calm and relaxed then do a PO2
of 1.6 while working hard.  

But quite frankly, as I stated a couple times, I'm too new at this to be
talking like I know what the hell I'm doing.  So I'm just going to sit
down and shut up for a while and let others more knowledgeable than I
continue this discussion.
