Scott Be careful Scott, I know a guy who let a little infection like yours turn into a staph infection and ended up having his leg amputated. I'm sure he would have gladly paid $1,000 to keep his leg. Go see the doc again and ask for an alternative. He may not be aware of the cost of that stuff. Or if "plan B" doesn't show results pretty quickly, go back to plan A. One of the best home remedies for fungal stuff is sunsine and air. Keep your shoes off when you can and get as much sunshine on feet as possible. It works for "jungle rot".
