A dive plan that requires no modification....hmmm.... if you simply include
the possibility of NOT diving into your plan, then it will never require
on-the-fly, seat-of-your-pants "Freeranging".....

Then again, if you're so hell-bent (pun sort of intended) on diving
regardless of conditions, then go ahead...kill yourself with some moronic
scheme designed for less than ideal conditions under a variety of
circumstances.  Just do it far away from me.
