I haven=B4t heard about any refund procedure neither.
Same happened before to me with aqua corps.I learned my lesson and stay away=

now from subscribing any tec-magazines.
Think that Bret Gilliam doesn=B4t bother too much about such things -just ha=
ve=20
a closer look on his business practice with TDI! This guy has cost me=20
$$$+time+work for nothing.
