List, Did Brett Gilliam ever announce a plan to refund peoples money who had purchased a subscription to deep tech, but never received the magazine. I only received one mag under the subscription and sort of forgot about it until I saw an email I saved about the new magazine. It's pretty piss poor when a company takes your money for a subscription and then just quits making the mag without a plan for refund or a comparable magazine. If a plan was announced I missed it.
