Iggy, comparing throwing some helium into your tanks to what it takes to be
a cave diver is a bit much. If someone is willing to do the research, all
the information you need to mix trimix is readily available and is not
rocket science.

What is difficult and dangerous is doing technical deco diving with multipl=
e
stages and GUE is the agency to look for for qualified instructors. Cave
diving is an art all in it's own, certain death if you are not trained
properly. But if you can mix nitrox then you can mix trimix and enjoy the
benefits of a clear head even in "no stop" <130 rec diving.

I also have to add that there are trimix instructors from agencies other
than GUE who are "closet DIR" teachers, but you have to be in the loop to
find out who these guys are. They should just bite the bullet and move over
to GUE but that's their decision.
