I forgot to add, you need to be specific regarding the exact model number that
you want.
When I tried to order the US4/TX40 combo in South Africa, the first thing the
local dealer
did was try to convince me to buy more expensive model.  In the end, I mail
ordered them
from the UK.

While you are ordering, you might want to take the opportunity to get the
"correct" length
hoses.
