Trey, I'm sorry to but in here but the four knob thing seems like a logical choice for very specific diving applications. I saw Lamar Hires give a talk in Boston a while back about diving in caves in Japan. It looked really miserable getting to the actual dive site. If you wanted to dive doubles then the Dive Rite 4-knobber would make sense for this application. Why anyone would want to do this sort of thing is another topic entirely but, from the pictures he showed, I don't see how you could have gotten double 104's to the "beach" - especially the poor 5'1" Japanese porters. :) Granted - if you can get a body there you could probably get doubles there but it'd be MUCH easier to get two singles there. I don't cave dive... I might be missing something... (like - if the entrance is that hard maybe doubles aren't the choice to dive the water part) - but - if you wanted to dive doubles then I think their manifold would be the only way to go.
