The latest I have on the book is attached. It's from Shannon Sikes, the editor of the NSS/CDS Underwater Speleology. That magazine also printed the first chapter of the book in the last issue. I believe that the special edition mentioned below is on special paper and is having a limited printing. I seem to remember only 100 are being made but that may be wrong.
