Since I posted that letter, I have received approximately 20 e-mails with similar stories about these people. How can they be so bad and still be in business? Or is it just our little macrocosmic group here on the techlist? We picked up the Halcyon line a little over a year ago, and it has been a wonderful relationship. Primo gear, *outstanding* customer service and support. Halcyon is our main line of gear, and we almost cant keep it in stock. A little heads up: Halcyon backplates are going to be scarce for the next couple weeks, as they are retooling and modifying their backplate design (constant evolution is the hallmark of a company destined to lead the pack). DD and Larry at Halcyon deserve a big "attaboy", as does RMC for surrounding himself and his business with honest, hard working people. The exact polar opposite of what OMS seems to put out.
