Gang, Here is a copy of the letter I just fired off to the jackass' at OMS. I designed and built a quick attaching (< 2 seconds) filler for DIN valves. My bud, Mike Philbrook, took one to DEMA this year, and the jokers at OMS said they wanted to distribute the unit. I sent them a working model, and a set of drawings. For the next month, I got the pacify and bypass bullshit from Randy Barcomb; "The owner hasn't made a decision yet" "Still haven't heard from the owner." Then it became the secretary "He's in a meeting." The guy is in meetings 10 hours a day, 7 days a week, right? I finally got pissed off, and demanded my unit and the drawings returned to me. I finally got the unit back, but no drawings. No note, no phone call, no e-mail, no apology, no nothing but a box with my loader in it. Swell folks. Be warned, these people are clowns that aren't funny. Integrity, common decency, and professionalism are not words in their vocabulary.
