That does suck, but if they come in again let them know they have an option, 
most fire departments will fill for free with both navy, and psd c-cards, its 
just a part of public servers helping other public servers out. Its worth a 
shot, and its free. they can also fill the navy tanks with the bottom plug, 
as long as it has a resent navy hydro, and vip.
