Robert,

It has just become part of my routine now. I am
getting in shape and feeling good for the first time
in awhile.

If you need motivation for it I look at the people in
my office who sit there all day complain that they
can't lose weight, can't find someone to date, and
then go into the kitchen and scarf down three cups of
coffee with cream and three chocolate donuts before
cleaning out the candy jar in the receptionists
office. Then they talk about Jerry Springer's last
episode all day (remember I am in Chicago) That will
keep you getting up everyday and busting your ass in a
pool at 5 in the morning and feel good about doing it.
