There may indeed B a MD named Black in WI.  That does
not mean that the guy posting is the same guy.  I
doubt highly that he is.  Not a single bit of reliable
medical info has come out of him.  He screwed up a
response to diving whle pregnant question on rec.scuba
& dodged a direct question on ocular bubbles & diving.

Or he is a schitzo.
