     I am sick and tired of my current choice of Dive rite reels.  Was 
wondering which reels out there are the best DIR choice before I go out and 
buy shit again.  Almost all reels I have seen have either metal to metal 
connections, fragile spools, poor winding knobs, bend easy as a straw, and 
generally work like crap.  Have the EE spool, was also wondering if keeping 
a small reel like the DR safety was in order or to get another spool of the 
same size.  I have searched for the DIR answer in the archive (but I wasn't 
on here when I bought mine) and discovered that DR isn't DIR.  What is?
