Jim The truth of the fact is that you have "Common Sense" Regulation is a necessary evil for complete morons ( Black et al) So we see the Dive organisations try to govern themselves so as to avoid federal regulation, and look where that leads us. I would be happy to be regulated, so long as the people that made the rules knew what they were talking about. To quote a phrase " Been there, done that" But we all know that isn't the case, instead, Moronic, Political, Lawyers.
