> One Note to Irvine, Jablonski, Kane, Volker, et al..... > when you do a demo/seminar , have one of your divers dressed These comments apply to the DIR videos too (at least the DIR II video that I have). I think the DIR video would be a little more useful to a wider audience if instead of jumping into the middle of gas mixing to start with an introduction to DIR. Show closeups of the dive configuration with a diver. Sure the video of the divers scootering around is cool, but hard to see the diver's configuration. I'd love to see a 360, head-to-toe slow pan of a diver on land, then also in the water. Plus demonstrate the DIR way of handling an OOA situation, both on land and in the water. A progression of illustrating a diver w/ a single tank, doubles and then adding stages. Each layer of gear makes it harder to visualize what is where. For purposes of video & photo illustration it would be beneficial to either use different colored hoses or hose wrap. Otherwise its hard to see where black hoses cross other black hoses over top of black wings with the user wearing a black suit.
