On my 70 and 120 bottles, both dedicated AL 80's, I have used 3 inch stencils 
with Stafford permanent marker with great success.  The markings are somewhat 
scratched intermittantly, but just as bright as the day I put them on a year 
ago after several dives and miles in the back of the truck.  HOWEVER, my 
steel 72, marked with 3 inch "Oxygen" and "20" has needed frequent touch 
ups'.  I'm sick of it!  Time to paint I guess.  Any suggestions on paint 
types or paint prep would be greatly appreciated.
