Faber tanks are distributed in the U.S. by: OMS Scubapro Seagate cylinders PST tanks are now distributed in the U.S. directly by PST to scuba shops. Sizes available include: 80cf@26* not yet available 95cf@26* 104cf@26* < check this 120cf@26* 80cf@35* 100cf@35* 120cf@35* Genesis is now distributing HP steel tanks that are made in Japan, I don't know the name of the manufacturer. Recent visual inspections I have done appear to show a similar "Food Grade Metal Oxide Coating" on the interior of both Faber's and PST's. As far as "Hot Dipped Galvanized" shortening the service life- I'd ask to see the hard data on that, even if its true your service life of "Hot Spray Galvanized" tanks won't be better if the tank rusts out from the outside-in, because "hot sprayed" external coating is less durable than "hot dipped". ---- David M.
