Guys, you don't need any of the silliness that comes with spring straps, only the springs themselves and some wire to attach them. Get stainless springs that fit your feet, and some nickel , stainless, or aluminum wire that you can bend into a "C" clamp, and make them up yourselves. It is better to have them open and visible. The original Farallon straps that Oceanic had for a while were jsut srpings, Oceanic added the other parts which conceal the connections and you have to be careful that they are not rusting out. I replaced the connection with nickel wire to be sure in the ones I have.
