Me, I'm a PADI MSDT, IADS SI, TDI ERI, and IDA/VDST/CMAS 2* Instructor, but
I won't certify a Dive Master with less than 100 dives in very differesnt
types of water conditions, and recommend anyone thinking of becoming an
Instructor to wait untill at least 250 dives before thinking of an IDC.
Personally I'd like to see other Instructors doing the same, and maybe even
the Agencies follow suit, but I can dream on.
