Yes there is - min BC lift equals the weight of gas you carry
e.g - 30L of gas = 7,2kg = appx 8L
But this is realy the MINIMAL lift.
You add something to comfortably float on the surface with your
head above waves :-))
Usualy 20L is just enough for twins.
