Your local shop should be able to get you a fill whip. Don't expect to be able to do your own fills for anything less than the shop is charging you, though. By the time you buy the gas, pay monthly rental on the tanks and figure in the losses inherent in the filling process I would expect that it will end up costing you quite a bit more than if you just went to the local shop for your fills. Doing these things yourself is a bit like buying your own boat to go diving -- it is more convenient but you get to see what the real costs are.
