The Odin comes poorly adjusted from Poseidon and must be adjusted prior to use. Most shops do this for their customers. Also servicing an Odin seems to require more skill than servicing others regulators and the performance difference between good servicing and poor servicing is profound. I've had bad experiences with Dive Shops that emphasize selling masks, snorkels and Carribean dive vacations. Technical dive shops have the experience and expertise to do a good job.
